Chambers USA 2015 Guide Honors 7 Tonkon Torp Practices and 19 Lawyers

Seven Tonkon Torp practices and 19 attorneys have been honored in the 2015 Chambers USA Guide, published annually each May. Seventeen of the attorneys have been on the Chambers list previously. Newly recognized this year are corporate/M&A lawyers Jeffrey Cronn and David Forman. Litigator Daniel Skerritt has been named a Senior Statesman by Chambers this year.

Chambers’ annual reference directory ranks Oregon’s leading law firm practice areas and lawyers based on interviews with clients and professional peers. Lawyers are evaluated on their technical legal ability, professional conduct and client service.

“Earning honors is certainly gratifying, but we are especially pleased that our clients recognize and appreciate our approach to practicing law,” said Michael M. Morgan, managing partner. “This firm has always been about providing high-value, pragmatic counsel and service to the businesses and individuals we serve.”

Said one client interviewed by Chambers, “What I appreciate about them (Tonkon Torp) is that they give real-life practical advice. I can call them for a gut-check that balances the risks with the benefits for each matter.” Another client said, “The firm as a whole is highly efficient. The level of service is superb.”
