Melina LaMorticella Discusses INA 204(I) at Immigration Law Conference

Melina LaMorticella was a presenter at the Annual Northwest Regional Immigration Law Conference held in Seattle, Washington. The conference, held March 19 and 20, was sponsored by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Melina’s presentation related to the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), Section 204(I) – “Navigating the Law for Surviving Relatives and Other Measures of Extraordinary Relief.”

Melina represents regional and international companies in matters related to employment-based immigration and naturalization. She has successfully handled immigration matters for multinational corporations and regional technology firms and has worked with health care providers and universities on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa options and procedures including J-1 Waivers, PERM Applications, and Extraordinary Ability Petitions.
