Tonkon Torp Holds Free Legal Clinic to Entrepreneurs

Attorneys from Tonkon Torp’s Entrepreneurial Services practice groupClaire Brown, David Forman, Jay Huh, Leon Simson, and Lauren Wallace – held a free legal clinic at the Oregon Technology Business Center (OTBC) in Beaverton on March 12, 2015. At the clinic, approximately 10 early-stage startup companies and entrepreneurs considering forming a company met with a Tonkon attorney for a free 30 minute consultation to address various legal concerns.

The Entrepreneurial Services practice group provides practical business and legal advice to startup companies and their founders, management, investors, and boards of directors. The group represents and advises companies at all stages of development on issues ranging from entity formation and corporate governance to capital raising, intellectual property protection, tax, immigration, and regulatory compliance.

OTBC is a non-profit tech startup incubator that provides coaching, networking events, entrepreneurship programs and shared office space to help startup ventures succeed.
