Alan Perkins is the new chair of the International Law Section Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar. He previously served as treasurer, secretary, and chair-elect of the committee.
A member of Tonkon Torp’s Business Immigration Practice Group, Perkins advises clients on the employment of foreign nationals in the U.S. His practice also involves preparation and filing of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions for employees with executive, managerial or specialized knowledge. He is a past member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association – USCIS California Service Center Liaison Committee. Perkins has been named a leader in Labor & Employment/Immigration Law for the past three years by Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
