Tonkon Torp's Sustainability Committee sponsored SCRAP's Rebel Craft Rumble event on October 15. Elizabeth Goodman, a SCRAP board member, managed Tonkon's involvement with the event. SCRAP is a donation-based creative reuse store and donation center in Northeast Portland. Last year, with the help of the donations they receive, SCRAP diverted 140 tons of usable materials from the waste stream.
