Tonkon Torp’s Tax practice group held a breakfast briefing presentation for local CPAs, clients, and contacts on the subject of “Choice of Entity in Oregon.” Mark LeRoux and Michael Millender presented at the May 28 seminar, which gave guidance on navigating the conflicting tax incentives inherent in the ACA and Oregon’s new tax rate on pass-through business income.
