Turid Owren moderated, and Blerina Kotori participated in, a panel entitled Women in Law, held at Reed College’s Working Weekend this February. A number of women students interested in pursuing legal careers attended the panel presentation to hear Turid, Blerina, and two of their fellow Reed graduates talk about their career experiences in the law. The panel addressed such issues as the challenges women face in the legal world, gaining positions of leadership, and how to overcome career obstacles.
