Jeanette Schuster Moderates Panel Webinar on CERCLA-Related Court Decisions

On behalf of the ABA Business Law Section's Environmental Committee, Tonkon Torp attorney Jeanette Schuster presented and moderated a panel discussion at a February 19 webinar on "Real Environmental Concerns in Real Property and Business Transactions." She discussed impacts of potential CERCLA liability in light of recent court decisions. Schuster moderated a similar in-person panel discussion on the topic at last year's ABA spring meeting of its Business Law Section in Washington, D.C.

Schuster is a member of the firm's Environmental & Natural Resources Practice Group. She advises clients on compliance and regulatory issues, and conducts environmental due diligence on complex corporate transactions. She also advises clients on issues related to the siting and permitting of renewable energy projects.
