Steven Wilker was interviewed as a media law expert for a December 29, 2013 article in the Corvallis Gazette-Times. The article was additionally picked up and reported by Oregon Live. The story concerned an Oregon State University student media adviser’s request for public records from the university. The university asserted that she was not entitled to seek records under the Public Records Law as an employee of OSU.
