Jackson Lewis Discusses Real Property Transfer on Death Act for Portland Tax Forum
Jackson Lewis was a featured speaker today at an estate planning program hosted by the Portland Tax Forum. He discussed the Oregon Uniform Real Property Transfer on Death Act.
Lewis is the head of Tonkon Torp's Estate Planning Practice Group. His practice includes counseling closely-held businesses on estate and succession planning.
The Portland Tax Forum is a nonprofit corporation whose goal is to provide nationally recognized speakers on tax topics and to promote professional tax education to attorneys, certified public accountants, and other tax professionals.
