Darcy Norville Elected to Oregon Business Association Board

Portland business attorney Darcy M. Norville has been elected to the board of directors of the Oregon Business Association (OBA). Norville is a partner with Tonkon Torp LLP.

 

Norville’s practice includes general business and corporate law, with particular emphasis on executive compensation, ERISA and employee benefits. She works with clients on issues involving tax qualified and non-qualified benefit plans, equity based plans, health and welfare plans, and fringe benefit plans. Norville is a member of Tonkon Torp’s managing board and leads the firm’s diversity task force.

 

Active in the community, Norville is currently president of the board of directors the YWCA of Greater Portland and serves on the board of the Multnomah Bar Association. She has long been involved in the Campaign for Equal Justice.

 

Formed by a group of Oregon business leaders, OBA provides bipartisan, statewide business leadership that strives to ensure Oregon’s continued economic competitiveness. More than 300 Oregon businesses are members of OBA. OBA’s Board of Directors works with OBA policy committees and task forces to shape the organization’s legislative agenda.
