Tonkon Torp hosted the ACLU of Oregon and Basic Rights Oregon for a CLE presentation on “Freedom to Marry in Oregon Post Windsor-Perry.” The CLE reflected on recent Supreme Court rulings on the historic marriage cases – Windsor v. United States and Hollingsworth v. Perry – and the potential impact on Oregon law. Kimberlee Stafford brought the program to Tonkon Torp.
