Bob Carey spoke at the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel’s annual convention at the Sunriver Resort on June 15, 2013. His talk focused on “Taking the Plaintiff’s Deposition in an Employment Action.” The presentation explored tactics and strategies for taking an effective deposition of the plaintiff in an employment case, including the discovery and use of information about the plaintiff from social media sources.
