Tonkon Torp litigator, Ryan Bledsoe, was a guest speaker at a May 1 brown bag lunch hosted by the Oregon State Bar’s Intellectual Property Section. His remarks were focused on helping practitioners to be aware of the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy and the Cyberpiracy Prevention provisions of the Lanham Act.
A senior associate in the firm’s litigation department, Bledsoe’s trial practice includes representation of individuals and companies of all sizes. He has worked on cases in both federal and state courts addressing intellectual property, antitrust and securities issues.
