Conway Offers Perspective at NW Bankruptcy Institute Meeting

Tonkon Torp bankruptcy attorney Timothy Conway was a panelist at the 26th annual NW Bankruptcy Institute meeting, held in Vancouver, Washington on April 12. The panel addressed the topic, “When Disaster Strikes in Chapter 11: Administrative Insolvency, Structured Dismissal and Other Issues of what to do when your case turns out different than expected.”   

A member of Tonkon Torp’s nationally recognized Bankruptcy Practice Group, Conway represents creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, commercial litigation and real estate foreclosures before both federal and state courts. He has been involved in some of the most significant commercial bankruptcy cases filed in Oregon and Southwest Washington, including Stayton SW Assisted Living LLC (the Consolidated Sunwest cases) and Renaissance Custom Homes. Conway has been honored by Best Lawyers in America for bankruptcy and creditor-debtor law for the past four years.

The NW Bankruptcy Institute event was co-sponsored by the Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Section and the Washington State Bar Association Creditor Debtor Rights Section.
