LeRoux & Millender Address Tax Law Developments and Implications

Tonkon Torp tax attorneys Mark LeRoux and Michael Millender discussed recent developments in state tax laws at a March 14 meeting presented by the Oregon State Bar Taxation Section. Their remarks, titled “A Dash of SALT,” focused on recent developments in Oregon tax law and planning opportunities for business owners and individuals related to changes in Oregon tax law.  

 

LeRoux and Millender are partners in Tonkon Torp’s Taxation Practice Group. Their practices emphasize federal, state and local tax impacts on business transactions, including taxation of corporations, partnerships and LLCs as well as personal investments. Millender also advises clients on employee benefits issues involving retirement plans, equity-based plans and fringe benefit plans.
