Tonkon Torp litigator, Steven Wilker, is a guest speaker at an all-day conference on Government Law Issues on the Cutting Edge, hosted by the Oregon State Bar’s government law section on February 22nd at Salishan. Wilker will address the issue of government control of advertising and whether a public agency may discriminate in advertising it accepts or rejects based on content.
Wilker is a partner in Tonkon Torp’s Intellectual Property, Information Security & Privacy and Financial Services practice groups, and he has particular experience with First Amendment issues. He was selected for The Best Lawyers in America® for 2013 for First Amendment and Commercial Litigation.
