Litigator Rick Martson Shares His Expertise With Young Trial Lawyers

Trial lawyers looking to hone their skills will learn from seasoned litigator William (Rick) Martson, Jr. about the do’s and don’ts of opening statements, at an upcoming continuing legal education program.

Martson is one of the speakers at the Defense Practice Academy sponsored by the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.
