Cronn Discusses Transaction Hurdles at Business Owner Event

Tonkon Torp business lawyer Jeff Cronn will discuss with a group of business owners the legal hurdles that can arise as a company is being prepared for sale. The November 1 event at the Multnomah Athletic Club is sponsored by U.S. Bank for its commercial banking and wealth management clients. Cronn will present his top ideas for owners to reduce transactional friction in order to accelerate and optimize the results of their business sales. 

 

Cronn has chaired Tonkon Torp’s Business Department since 2008 and is co-chair of its Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. In his transactional and corporate practice, he provides counsel to public, private, private equity and nonprofit entities regarding mergers and acquisitions, general business matters, financing options, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance and equity ownership disputes. He is a frequent speaker before industry and professional groups on M&A, finance and corporate governance issues.
