Tonkon Torp’s Herzog Appointed to WSU Foundation Board

Tonkon Torp attorney Theodore (Ted) Herzog has been appointed to the Washington State University Foundation board of trustees. 

 

Herzog chairs the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group. He represents local, regional and national property owners, tenants and developers in a wide range of commercial transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing and project development. He also provides counsel and transaction services to owners and developers of retirement residence properties throughout the United State. An active civic volunteer, Herzog is past chairman of the Oregon State Parks Foundation and remains on that board as well.

 

The Washington State University Foundation was established in 1979 to promote, accept and maximize private support for programs, initiatives and properties of Washington State University and its regional campuses.
