Tonkon Torp Attorney Presents Wage and Hour Seminar

Tonkon Torp attorney Clay Creps recently presented a seminar on wage and hour issues to the Rogue Valley Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in Medford.

 

Creps’ presentation included insights on Department of Labor audits, exemptions and the use of independent contractors. He has been invited to return to present a seminar on overtime issues.

 

A member of Tonkon Torp’s Labor & Employment practice group, Creps represents employers in litigating employment-related claims in federal and state courts. He has particular experience representing employers in Americans with Disabilities Act litigation. Creps is a contributing author of a national award-winning legal education and reference book, the 2011 edition of Labor and Employment Law: Private Sector.
