Tonkon Torp business attorney Jeff Cronn is one of three experts who will discuss trends in the mergers & acquisitions business environment at an upcoming continuing legal education event hosted by the Multnomah Bar Association (MBA).
Part of the MBA’s “Making Good Lawyers” series, the event is scheduled for November 9 from 3 – 5 p.m. at the World Trade Center in Portland. The panel, which includes Cronn, another attorney and an investment banker, will explore how to prepare a client for a transaction, current transaction structures, latest trends in deal documents and more.
Cronn has chaired the Business Department at Tonkon Torp since 2008. His transactional and corporate practice includes the provision of counsel to public, private, private equity and nonprofit entities regarding acquisitions and divestitures, general business matters, financing, corporate reorganization, corporate governance and equity ownership disputes.
