Tonkon Torp Labor & Employment Expert Discusses E-Discovery

E-Discovery is the topic of a presentation by Tonkon Torp attorney Blerina Kotori on November 10 for the Multnomah Bar Association.

Kotori’s presentation focuses on practical and legal considerations in approaching electronic discovery cases, including how to create an e-discovery plan, capture electronically stored information and deal with discovery disputes.

Kotori is a member of Tonkon Torp’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. She represents employers in matters including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, workers’ compensation and employment benefits. She also litigates antitrust cases, business torts and breach of contract claims. A 2007 graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, Kotori joined Tonkon Torp in 2007.
