Tonkon Torp Lawyer Appointed to Federal Bar Association Board
Tonkon Torp attorney Colin Love-Geiger has joined the board of directors of the Federal Bar Association, Oregon Chapter.
Approximately 400 practitioners and federal judges are members of the FBA's Oregon chapter, which offers continuing legal education programs and is the principal point of contact with the federal judicial bench.
Love-Geiger held judicial clerkships with U.S. District Court judges Dennis Hubel and Garr King prior to joining Tonkon Torp's Labor and Employment Practice Group last spring. His practice focuses on helping employers defend charges filed by employees. A 2009 graduate of University of Oregon School of Law, Love-Geiger also served as a judicial extern to Justice Virginia Linder of the Oregon Supreme Court.
In addition to his appointment to the Federal Bar Association board, Love-Geiger serves on the board of the U.S. District Court Historical Society.
