Tonkon Torp environmental attorney, Jeanette Schuster, presented a seminar in Clackamas County on complying with Oregon water quality laws and regulations. She provided an overview of the federal Clean Water Act, and discussed DEQ regulations for protecting groundwater resources from contamination and for recycled water use.
Schuster is a member of Tonkon Torp’s Environmental & Natural Resources Practice Group, where she advises clients on compliance with complex regulatory requirements under federal, state and local environmental statutes and regulations including the Clean Water Act.
