Our client, Teeny Development, LLC, has achieved Platinum LEED certification on its first of 18 townhomes under construction in Lincoln City. The townhome, located in the Villages at Cascade Head residential project, is the 2nd home in the entire state of Oregon and the 56th in the nation certified Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council’s stringent standards.
The homes employ cutting edge technology that incorporates sustainable architectural concepts. Built of concrete and polysteel with high efficiency windows, doors, ventilation and lights, they are powered with solar energy and employ geothermal and storm water reclamation and hydronics heating.
