Annual Womxn’s Business Event – Brotopia Bridging the Gender Gap

In her 20-minute presentation, author and Bloomberg host Emily Chang will offer concrete steps for building a more diverse and inclusive workforce, from the lower levels of an organization to leadership roles. She will offer her critiques on what isn’t working in today’s workplaces – the potential sexism, racism, and ageism – and shine a light on what is: the balance of women and people of color working across the organization. A Q&A session with Emily will follow.

This event will conclude with a 45-minute breakout session on a variety of topics related to Emily’s presentation. As part of your registration, you will be asked to identify several topics that most interest you.
