May 8, 2017
On May 4, attorneys from the Tonkon Torp Labor & Employment

The 2017 seminar was titled "The Advice is Right – Game Show Strategies to Keep Employers out of Jeopardy!" and each presentation included some feature from a TV game show.
The half-day seminar offered presentations and timely insight into topics including: understanding wage and hour laws; the Americans with Disabilities Act; drug and alcohol policies in the workplace; workplace productivity; worksite enforcement and immigration compliance; and discrimination, harassment and implicit bias in the workplace. The event also included an update on relevant new case law impacting employers.
