Dallum is a graduate of Linfield College and Willamette University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, he served as a legislative director, campaign manager and outreach director for organizations in Oregon and Idaho. He has advocated for both large and small non-profits, advancing their public policy agendas at the state and federal level.
Tonkon Torp’s government relations and public policy professionals deliver bipartisan local, state and national lobbying services with unique access to Oregon’s political infrastructure. Attorneys in the practice group have well established relationships with Oregon legislators and state agencies as well as Oregon’s Congressional delegation.
