shared his experience and perspective about one of Oregon's biggest and most complex bankruptcy cases at a March 16, 2012 event hosted by Lewis & Clark Law School.

provides law students with the opportunity to discuss a prominent case with professionals in the legal and business community.
The event featured Kennedy and other key individuals who were involved in resolving the Sunwest Management bankruptcy and subsequent $1.2 billion sale to Blackstone Real Estate Advisors in 2010.
