Phil Moran is the Facility Services Manager at Tonkon Torp LLP. He is responsible for all aspects of hospitality, and facilities maintenance repair and operations, including project management, budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management.
Phil joined Tonkon Torp after 34 years working for the law firm Stoel Rives LLP, where he served as their construction, property, facility, and sustainability manager. During his tenure at Stoel Rives, Phil led the firm though a complete remodel of nine floors in 1999 and spent four years planning and implementing the firm's move into the Park Avenue West Tower, in May of 2016. Phil led the Stoel Rives sustainability committee and implemented the sustainable office practices and the LEED platinum certification of their new offices. He also coordinated their combined giving campaign from 2003 through 2017 for the firm's annual workplace giving.
Phil is a lifelong resident of Portland, Oregon.
