Sarah Einowski Joins Inn of Court Executive Committee

October 15, 2015
Tonkon Torp litigator Sarah Einowski has accepted the invitation to join the Owen M. Panner American Inn of Court Executive Committee as an at-large member. Inns of Court work to improve advocacy and professionalism skills among litigators. The Inn brings together experienced judges and practitioners with new lawyers to promote professionalism, ethics, and civility among the bench and bar. Sarah has been a member of the Owen M. Panner American Inn of Court since 2011 and also helps run the Inn's mock trial program through the Classroom Law Project at Jefferson High School in North Portland.

Sarah is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. She represents business clients in complex disputes in state and federal court. Sarah also has extensive experience before state and federal appellate courts. She has briefed more than 40 appeals to the Ninth Circuit and the Oregon Court of Appeals and has argued in front of that court numerous times.

Prior to joining Tonkon Torp, she was an Assistant Attorney General in the Oregon Department of Justice, where she worked in both the Appellate Division and the Attorney General’s office. Previously, she was a litigation associate in a Portland law firm, representing clients in a range of commercial disputes, including unfair trade practices, contract disputes, business governance, and management disputes.

Tonkon Torp’s litigation department includes trial lawyers with expertise in virtually every type of business and commercial dispute. Recognized by their peers as some of the foremost practitioners in their fields, Tonkon Torp litigators have been involved in many of the most significant cases in the Pacific Northwest.
