Robyn Aoyagi Speaks at Annual ABA AJEI Summit

On November 11, Tonkon Torp attorney Robyn Ridler Aoyagi
participated in a panel presentation entitled "Pixels to Punctuation: Writing in the Digital Age," at the American Bar Association (ABA) Appellate Judges Education Institute (AJEI) Summit in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Robyn recently chaired a project of the ABA Council of Appellate Lawyers that culminated in a report entitled "Recommendations and Options for Appellate Courts to Improve the Functionality and Readability of E-Briefs." The report was the subject of the panel's presentation.
The AJEI Summit is an annual four-day national conference for appellate judges and attorneys to discuss cutting edge issues in appellate law and practice.
Robyn is a partner in the firm's litigation group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on appellate litigation and trial court motions practice. Robyn is a member of the Executive Board of the ABA Council of Appellate Lawyers, as well as Past Chair of the OSB Appellate Practice Section.
