Elizabeth joined Tonkon Torp in 1989 as a litigation paralegal, working primarily on business and complex litigation matters involving shareholder disputes, accounting claims, securities fraud cases, contract claims, and antitrust and regulatory issues, in state and federal courts.

In 1994, Elizabeth took a position at Williams & Troutwine, P.C. as a paralegal. At that firm, she worked on breast implant mass tort litigation in which she handled a caseload of several hundred clients and assisted with mediation and trial in state and federal courts. She worked closely with clients, their medical providers, and expert witnesses.

Elizabeth rejoined Tonkon Torp in 1997 at which time she returned to her original focus of complex litigation matters, primarily in antitrust, securities, and contract disputes. Most recently, her practice has grown to include work in environmental litigation on matters pertaining to contaminated site investigation and clean-up work, including at the Portland Harbor Superfund Site.
