Owen Blank and Gwen Griffith Provide Navigation Tools for Alternative Investments

recently spoke at the Association of Public Pension Fund Auditors’ professional development conference in Portland, OR. Their presentation dove deep into the legal aspects of alternative investments such as hedge funds, private equity funds, and commodity funds, among others. They provided auditors important questions to ask investment officers and private fund managers. Griffith and Blank shared their thoughts about deal protection and delivered risk management techniques to apply at the inception of an investment and throughout its duration.
Blank is a business attorney
