Neuman Addresses Impact of Climate Change on Water Allocation Priorities

was a featured speaker at a seminar for journalists on Climate Change Impacts in the Pacific Northwest, held last month in Seattle. Her presentation, titled, "Water Management Under Climate Change Scenarios," addressed how climate change will add a new layer of complexity and urgency to water management and allocation in the Pacific Northwest, which already experiences competition for water between utilities, agriculture, forests and protected salmon runs.
