Gayle is a paralegal in the firm’s Business Immigration department. She specializes in employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions.

Prior to joining Tonkon Torp in 2012, Gayle worked with Banfield, the Pet Hospital® with its general counsel on employment-based immigration matters and on charter practice agreement renewals for Banfield’s franchise operations. Prior to her employment with Banfield, Gayle worked as a Production Coordinator for Bent Image Lab, a local animation company. Previous to that, Gayle worked for Judge Dorothy Baker as a Judicial Assistant and for Judge Cheryl Albrecht as an arraignment court clerk.

Gayle’s employment-based immigration experience includes both nonimmigrant and immigrant status, including ancillary applications for employment authorization, travel documents, and visa applications abroad.

Gayle has working proficiency in French, Spanish, and Hungarian. Additionally, she can speak some German, Italian, Japanese, and Mandarin.
