Michael Mangan Covers Economic Obsolescence at National Conference

spoke at the 46th Annual Public Utilities Conference in Wichita, Kansas on July 25. Michael and Aaron Rotkowski, an expert appraiser from Willamette Management, presented analysis and case studies illuminating the challenges many taxpayers face when presenting the case for economic obsolescence to taxing authorities and courts. The conference, held for utility, communication, and transportation companies, is one of the highest profile events for property tax professionals and State Departments of Revenue throughout the country.
