Jessica Morgan Discusses Investment Trends at Oregon Angel Fund
June 21, 2017
On June 7, Tonkon Torp attorney Jessica Morgan
participated in a panel discussion hosted by the Oregon Angel Fund. An audience of 25 fund managers and investors gathered to hear insight into current trends and best practices for investment fund strategies and structures.
The panelists explored how market and limited partner trends, such as crowdfunding, are impacting fund managers. They also discussed implications of the rise of the strategic (corporate) limited partner and co-investor, as well as risks and liabilities for fund managers.
