Jackson Lewis Provides Trust Planning Guidance to Young Lawyers

On April 21, Jackson Lewis
spoke to a gathering of young lawyers on advanced trust planning as part of the Estate Planning CLE Seminar Series offered by the Multnomah Bar Association.
During his presentation, Jackson identified and described trusts used in estate planning and offered suggestions on how to deal with trusts when they arise in the business and litigation context.
Jackson chairs the firm’s Estate Planning
practice group and advises clients on a variety of estate, tax, and probate issues. His practice includes counseling closely-held businesses on estate and succession planning.
