Tonkon Torp attorney Rocky Dallum has been selected to serve on the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar’s Antitrust and Trade Regulations Section. The Oregon State Bar Antitrust and Trade Regulations Section provides bar members interested in competition law and trade regulation with opportunities to develop and improve related skills, as well as a forum to communicate with other Section Members. The Section publishes a blog, hosts CLEs, monitors legislation, and keeps members apprised of recent developments.
Rocky is an associate in the firm’s Government Relations & Public Policy practice group. He provides strategic counsel to businesses, non-profits and trade associations on public policy issues and advocates on their behalf within the state executive and legislative branches. He is a former in-house counsel for a large manufacturing company, where he advised clients on antitrust issues and provided extensive antitrust compliance training.
