Tonkon Torp attorney Rocky Dallum has been elected to the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar's Agricultural Law Section. Rocky represents several significant agricultural clients on a wide range of issues. The Agricultural Law Section provides a forum focused on the legal needs and issues of importance for attorneys working with the agricultural community throughout Oregon.
Rocky is a partner in the firm's Government Relations & Public Policy Practice Group. He provides strategic counsel to businesses, nonprofits, and trade associations on public policy issues and advocates on their behalf within the state executive and legislative branches. Rocky is particularly active in the areas of tax policy, life sciences, and natural resources.
