Frank Weiss and Jeff Bradford Speak at OSB Business Law Section Annual Seminar

Tonkon Torp litigators Frank Weiss and Jeff Bradford spoke at the OSB Business Law Section annual seminar held on November 5. Their session focused on contract boilerplate and Oregon common law, providing insight into common pitfalls in contract drafting from the litigator’s perspective. The seminar provides continuing legal education credits to attendees.

Frank is a partner in Tonkon Torp’s Litigation Department, where his practice emphasizes complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and product liability. He represents regional and national entities involved in disputes in Oregon and across the country. His experience includes trial work in federal and state courts, private arbitration, and mediation.

Jeff is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court in various matters, including disputes regarding commercial relationships and transactions, duties of directors and officers, shareholder rights, business torts, and professional malpractice. In addition, he has experience representing businesses in arbitration and mediation.
