Drew Hagedorn Appointed to Friends of Baseball Board

Tonkon Torp partner Drew Hagedorn has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Friends of Baseball. The nonprofit organization offers programs to youths in underserved and rural communities to create opportunities for success on and off the baseball and softball field.

 

A native Oregonian, Hagedorn is a lifelong baseball fan who is in the third generation of players in his family. He chairs the firm’s state Government Relations & Public Policy practice group. Hagedorn is a long-time public affairs professional, offering comprehensive government affairs services for the firm’s clients at the state, local, and regulatory levels.

 

Friends of Baseball (FOB) was founded in 2005 by an Oregon father, son, and Board of Trustees driven by their passion to give back in the form of aid and partner resources to the community of youth baseball and softball that they love. Friends of Baseball currently provides league sustaining programs and equipment to youth organizations that exhibit compelling need. FOB’s focus is specifically dedicated to the enrichment of youth, parents, and their relationship through baseball and softball.
