Drea Schmidt & Claire Brown Give Primer on Oregon Community Public Offerings Legislation

During a recent gathering of the TiE Oregon Pitch Club, hosted at Tonkon Torp’s offices, attorneys Drea Schmidt and Claire Brown spoke to entrepreneurs about the new Oregon Community Public Offerings legislation. Drea and Claire, members of the firm’s Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurial Services practice groups, provided background about the legislation and information about how to determine whether a Community Public Offering is a viable option to fund an innovation-driven business concept.
