Tonkon Torp was counsel to privately held Avid Health, Inc. in its cash sale to Church & Dwight Co., Inc., a Princeton, New Jersey based, publicly traded consumer products company with a portfolio of personal care and household product brands.
Founded in 2005, Vancouver, Washington-based Avid Health had grown to become the market leader of chewable vitamins and nutritional supplements. In the sale to Church & Dwight, Avid Health was represented by Tonkon Torp corporate attorneys Kurt Ruttum and Andrea Schmidt as well as a team of specialists in real estate, tax, executive compensation and intellectual property.
