Creps and Kotori Coach Client in HR Matters

November 5, 2013
Tonkon Torp labor and employment attorneys, Clay Creps and Blerina Kotori, recently conducted a training seminar for staff of The Salvation Army Portland ARC, on substantive laws governing sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation in the workplace. They also discussed the employer's policies, practical tips for recognizing and responding to harassing behavior, and procedures for complaining about harassment, discrimination or retaliation.
Creps and Kotori are members of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, which provides practical solutions to labor and employment problems for a diverse group of Pacific Northwest employers. The firm helps clients promote positive employee relations, protect competitive positions, deal with union activity and defend against or minimize exposure to employment litigation.
The Salvation Army first came to Portland in 1886 and today assists thousands of people throughout the Metro area with an array of social services.
