Vicki has been a lawyer since 1986 and has focused on intellectual property law since 1999. She served as Chair of the Firm's Intellectual Property Group from 2003 until 2010. She works with both technology and traditional manufacturing companies to protect intellectual property and to minimize performance and infringement risks.

Vicki, her husband Norm, and their yellow lab B.J., live in Banks, Oregon, on property at the foothills of the Oregon coast range. Vicki and her husband have two children. Julie is a detective for the Vancouver Police Department. Matt owns a mold remediation and prevention business.
Vicki loves to fly fish on the Big Horn River in southeast Montana.
