Lynda Hartzell is a partner at Tonkon Torp LLP and is a senior member of its labor and employment group.

Throughout her legal career, Lynda has focused her practice on representing employers and management in all areas of employment law. She develops relationships and understands her clients' businesses in order to maximize the effectiveness of the legal services rendered.  She strongly encourages proactive management practices over litigation and has built a very strong advice and counsel practice.
