Lindsay
Lindsay joined the firm’s Labor & Employment practice in 2014. She represents employers on a variety of matters including discrimination, ADA, FMLA/OFLA and other leave laws, employment benefits, and labor issues. She served as a law clerk at firms in Boston and Portland while earning her law degree, and was a legal intern for the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board and the Department of Developmental Services in Boston.
 
As a student at New England School of Law in Boston, Lindsay earned awards for clinical evidence, advanced legal research, and administrative law. She was also on the Dean’s List and a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship for every semester she was at law school. Lindsay was technical editor of the New England Law Review and a member of the Academic Excellence Fellowship. 
 
Prior to attending law school, Lindsay was a litigation legal assistant for three years at Buckley Law in Lake Oswego.

Lindsay grew up in Anchorage, Alaska and enjoys all things outdoors, especially skiing and running. She has completed several half-marathons and participates in the annual Hood to Coast relay as a fundraiser for cancer research. During her junior year of college, she spent a semester at the University of Reading in England, and had a summer internship with the Boston Celtics.
